Warringah Mall's Customer Service Centre is located on the ground floor of the carpark entrance to Garden Terrace adjacent to Myer. The Customer Service Centre operates 7 days per week during normal Centre trading hours. The Customer Service Centre can assist you with:

Gift Vouchers

Can't think of the perfect gift? Here's the gift that's bound to please all ages, tastes and styles. Warringah Mall Gift Vouchers are available for purchase from the Customer Service Centre, 7 days a week and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are issued for a minimum of $10.00 and are redeemable at participating stores in Warringah Mall. Warringah Mall gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Shop Mobility

An AMP Capital Shopping Centre's initiative, ShopMobility is a FREE customer service that provides a range of mobility equipment for the less mobile shopper. ShopMobility is located within the Customer Service Centre located on the ground floor of the carpark entrance to Garden Terrace adjacent to Myer. Services available include:

Electric scooters
Manual wheelchairs
Walking aids
Accessible toilets

If you require any further information on Shop Mobility please call freecall 1800 245 642. Bookings are recommended for some equipment. ShopMobility is serviced by a number of specially designated car parks as well as a designated set down and pick up area for passengers. The designated parks are located on the ground floor of the starfish carpark, entry from Old Pittwater Road.

Parent Facilities

Parent room facilities are located on both the ground and first floor of the Centre. There are two separate facilities provided on both levels. The rooms contain bottle warmers, nappy change tables, microwave ovens, a secure children's play area and toilet facilities. "Parents with Prams" parking bays have also been provided and are conveniently located close to all major Centre entries.

Banks & ATM's

Warringah Mall boasts 5 of the major banks, including The Commonwealth Bank, St George Bank, Westpac, ANZ and The Manly Warringah Credit Union, as well as ATM facilities. The following ATM's are also available at Warringah Mall:

Restaurants & Eating Places

Warringah Mall is home to eight café/restaurants, where customers can enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Warringah Mall houses two fresh food areas; located at either end of the centre for greater shopper convenience. Galleria Fine Food provides customers with a fine selection of gourmet, fresh and prepared food, while the Arena Marketplace, located near Coles, offers great fresh food, including Country Growers fresh fruit and vegetable market, Joe's Meat Market and De La France.

Other Services and Facilities

Warringah Mall has two Childcare centres offering all day care for 0 - 5 year olds from two separate premises. Unique community facilities include two conference rooms and a fully equipped library.
