A new look for Warringah Mall

On the 10 December 2009, Warringah Council approved a Master Plan for Warringah Mall. This Master Plan vision will guide how the mall will look and grow up until 2021, including enhancement to street façades, increases in retail space of up to 35,000 sqm and the addition of up to 1,000 car spaces.
 
With the Master Plan approval, Warringah Council can now assess a Development Application (DA) for Stage 1 of improvements to Warringah Mall. This includes the possible addition of an 8,000 sqm, two level mall, which will have a mix of specialty retail and service retailers. 
 
This first stage of improvements will aim to better service the changing needs and demographics of the Northern Beaches community that Warringah Mall serves and during this stage, car parking will also be improved and increased, with the addition of 330 customer car spaces.
