Customer SERVICES

  • Our Customer Service Centre operates 7 days a week during standard trading hours. The Customer Service team members are happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to the centre including information on Warringah Mall retailers, upcoming events, shop mobility, gift vouchers, lost and found, kiddie cruisers and general enquiries. The Customer Service Centre is located on the Ground Floor, adjacent to Myer near the car park entrance to Garden Terrace. 

  • Parent room facilities are located in convenient locations throughout the centre. The parent rooms contain bottle warmers, nappy change tables, microwave ovens, a secure children's play area and toilet facilities. "Parents with Prams" parking bays have also been provided and are conveniently located close to all major Centre entries.

  • Put the kids in Cruise control at the mall with our Kiddies Cruisers available to hire from the Customer Service Centre.
    Single Cruiser $5 per hour (with $20 deposit)
    Double Cruiser $7.50 per hour (with $20 deposit)

  • Warringah Mall has a customer focused controlled parking system, featuring over 4,000 spaces. Disabled and "Parents With Prams" parking bays are conveniently located close to all major centre entries. Express parking spaces are available outside Coles (Crab Carpark), outside Woolworths (Palm Tree Carpark), and on the Perimeter, outside Bing Lee and Dick Smith Electronics.

  • ShopMobility is a FREE customer service that provides a range of mobility equipment for the less mobile shopper. ShopMobility is located within the Customer Service Centre. Services available include, Electric scooters, Manual wheelchairs, Walking aids, Accessible toilets. / more

  • Disabled car spots are provided at all of the centre's main car park entries. Lifts and travelators are located throughout the shopping centre to assist you with your movement between levels. Restrooms are conveniently located near these lifts on all levels.

  • Warringah Mall boasts 6 of the major banks, including Commonwealth Bank, St George, Westpac, ANZ, Bankwest and Manly Warringah Credit Union. There are also a range of ATM’s available including Redi ATM, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westpac, Bendigo Bank, Bank of Queensland, St George and National. For ATM locations pick up a Centre Directory available throughout the centre.

  • Warringah Mall Gift Vouchers are available for purchase from the Customer Service Centre and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are issued for a minimum of $10.00 and are redeemable at participating stores in Warringah Mall.

  • All lost property can be found at the Customer Service Centre. Please call 9905 0633 if you have misplaced an item while in the centre. If you come across a lost item please deliver it to the Customer Service Centre.
